Orders, Payment, and Shipping
We accept a variety of payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Yes, free shipping is available for orders over a certain threshold within Australia. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery if it is faulty or not the one you ordered. The product must be unused and unopened. You are responsible for the return postage cost.

- Send the product back in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- We will process your return within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the item.
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method, excluding the initial delivery costs.
