Online Returns & Exchanges

We are dedicated to ensuring you’re satisfied with your order. If your product is faulty or not the one you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the same value, at no extra cost. Please note that return postage will be at your expense.
Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt. Refunds, if applicable (excluding initial delivery costs), will be credited to the original payment method. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Returns Process

• Return the Item: Ensure the product is in original condition, securely packaged, and includes the original invoice. Return it within 7 days of delivery.
• Processing: Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt, and we will notify you via email or phone.
